1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment is received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3. Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 7 days of the tour may incur an additional fee.

4. Tour Participation

Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may result in missing part or all of the tour without a refund.
Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all food items will be free from allergens.
Alcohol may be served on some tours; guests must be of legal drinking age and present valid ID when requested.

5. Health and Safety

Participation is at your own risk. Yummy Food Tours is not liable for injury, illness, or loss incurred during the tour.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

6. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform us before the start of the tour.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that disrupts its operation.
