Due to the nature of event planning and the costs involved in securing reservations, vendor partnerships, and other pre-tour arrangements, all payments for Yummy Food Tours are non-refundable once booking is confirmed. This includes any time spent coordinating with restaurants, preparing itineraries, and making vendor commitments.
Yummy Food Tours - Pop-Ups
If a guest cancels at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
In the rare event Yummy Food Tours must cancel a tour, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a future date.
Rescheduling a Tour
Guests may request to reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the tour date will incur a $25 per person rescheduling fee.
Revisions to Private/Custom Tours
For private or custom tours, one (1) round of minor itinerary adjustments (e.g., adding a stop, swapping a restaurant) is included after initial confirmation. Additional changes will incur a $50 fee per adjustment. Major changes requiring full re-planning may result in additional costs.
Usage Rights (Photography & Video)
During tours, Yummy Food Tours may capture photos or video for marketing purposes. Participation in the tour constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed. If you prefer not to appear in any content, please notify us before the start of the tour.
